*Thank you Alex for introducing me to the Flavour Generator and Hello Fresh.

“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day
Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime”

Hello Fresh isn’t a new name around the block. They’re known for taking the time out of your diary grocery shopping and taking the stresses of guessing what you’re going to eat every night.

But what if you’re just someone who wants to explore some new food without committing to the Hello Fresh regime?

The Flavour Generator is Hello Fresh’s new invention! Taking something as simple as just feeling like eating Asian or Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or Mexican.
Followed by picking something that’s sweet, tangy or my personal favourite: I’ve never tried.

I picked Middle Eastern and something I’ve never tried to give the generator a spin….

I got Tahini as an ingredient and below a recipe for Moroccan spiced lamb & tahini yoghurt pie was ready for me to look at along with other recipes that I might also like!

The recipe tells you all the ingredients you might need, nutritional information utensils needed  and  and while you can get it through hello fresh, you can absolutely learn it yourself.

The best concept behind Hello Fresh is that they provide you the ingredients and all the knowledge so that you don’t only get a variety of meals throughout the week, you add another skill to your repertoire.

Pretty good way to learn something new and relieve yourself from the dreaded grocery hunt as well as having to buy something you’d only ever use once.

Give the flavour generator a go to try out a new way to eat at home!
